WANTED‼️
We are looking for volunteers to coach Youth Bouldering Summer Camps in Joe’s Valley!🤩 The camps combine skill-building with environmental education, fostering a love for climbing and the outdoors among local youth, all set in the world class bouldering area of Joe’s Valley.
👉We launched in 2024 and were able to grow the program in 2025. We are in the process of restructuring our funding model to allow the program to continue ongoing. In support of this, we are planning to run a reduced schedule of camps in 2026 with volunteer coaches, with the plan of these being paid roles ongoing. Volunteers will receive a small stipend and have plenty of free time to enjoy the bouldering and other recreational activities in the Joe’s Valley area.☀️
*Give back to the local and climbing community while gaining experience at a world class climbing destination
*Previous climbing coaching experience welcomed but not required; training will be provided
*Experience working with youth is a plus
*Looking for positive, energetic individuals to work with campers ages 5-18
*5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week
*Up to 4 week commitment (July 13-Aug 7)
