A Walk In The Garden - September 24, 2016

AIDS Walk, A Walk In the Garden, takes place in Colorado Springs’ beautiful Garden of the Gods Park, and benefits the Southern Colorado AIDS Project (SCAP). The event benefits SCAP’s prevention programs that are designed to slow the spread of HIV/AIDS in addition to helping SCAP continue to provide vital services to people living with HIV/AIDS in Southern

Colorado. More than 500 individuals from many Southern Colorado communities turn out for the morning walk that showcases the natural beauty of the scenic Garden of the Gods and the wide diversity of our supporters while raising awareness for HIV/AIDS prevention. The Walk provides a day to remember those we have lost to the disease and to celebrate the ongoing advancements in care and prevention throughout Southern Colorado.
