We had a weekend of firsts;

First time doing a multi-day event. (3 events in 2 days)
NWW was the first booking outside of their school/home promotion for 4 wrestlers.

First time matchups
First champ v champ match for two partnering promotions
First ref bumps (sorry, Blayze Davis)

First free event
First weekend without my sweet momma, Mary Hunley.

First time networking and forging new relationships with business owners.

First time [redacted] shhh.... more on this soon.

First time hosting a wrestler dunk tank
First time with no technical glitches (we're getting there!)

First year without my close friend Cory Lunsford.
First time working with a charity or a fair.
First time bumping, running ropes, and locking up myself. ;)

While there is plenty to be upset or bitter about, there is no much more to be happy and proud about. Wrestling has and will always be like home and something I can always pour my heart and soul into and get something out of it.

Wrestling is and always will be art to me.
Today has been about rest and reflection (and editing a ton of footage for everyone). It's been a WEEK.... but tomorrow we start all over again.

REVOLUTION ROYALE NIGHT 1 is officially in the books… and the fallout is already shaking the foundation of New World Wrestling.

Despite the odds being stacked against him, Inaugural Revolution Champion Crazo managed to avoid the grasp of two men who know him better than most — Sean Cruise and Evan Golden. The former rivals were laser focused on getting their hands on the champion, but Crazo proved once again why he’s sitting at the top of the mountain.

However, one man made the biggest statement of the night.

After lasting longer than anyone else in the Revolution Royale Battle Royale, Corey Sparks has officially earned himself an opportunity at the NWW Championship against Evan Golden. Sparks outlasted the chaos, survived the war, and now finds himself one step away from championship glory.

And then… there’s the elephant in the room.

“Working Man” Jake Raynor and “The Law” Tom Coffey clearly did NOT see eye to eye tonight. What started inside the squared circle quickly spilled to the outside and continued long after the bell rang. Tempers flared, fists flew, and security struggled to keep things contained. We are currently checking schedules and working to put pen to paper to let these two settle things the only way they know how — in an NWW ring.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who came out and supported Revolution Royale Night 1. The energy, the passion, and the atmosphere tonight reminded us exactly why we do this.

We hope Night 2 is every bit as thrilling, chaotic, and unforgettable.
