Meet the 2024-25 cohort of the National Leaders of Color Fellowship (LoCF) program! 🌟
Fifty-five inspirational leaders from communities nationwide will take part in this transformative eight-month leadership development program. Designed to elevate multicultural leadership in the creative and cultural sector, the program offers an incredible opportunity to deepen understanding of anti-racist, culturally-oriented leadership practices.
Curated by Creative West in partnership with the five US Regional Arts Organizations (Arts Midwest, Mid-America Arts Alliance, Mid Atlantic Arts, NEFA and South Arts), this no-cost program takes place online, connecting fellows with field specialists, strategic learning, and a national network of changemakers.
Upon program completion, fellows transition to active alumni roles, collaborating with their RAO as advisors, funding panelists, and more!
