Bunbury is NOT a cashless event. In other words, you are not issued a wristband to make purchases. You make purchases with cash. If you run low on cash, no worries. There are plenty of ATMs on site. Please note that some vendors do accept credit cards.
During the festival, all found items are brought to the Information Booth by the main entrance (Sawyer Point).
Once the festival is over, patrons should contact or visit the Waterfront Parks Office at 705 E Pete Rose Way, 45202, phone 513-352-6182.

Accessibility
Working within the parameters of Sawyer Point and Yeatman’s Cove parks, we make every effort to make Bunbury accessible. We invite guests with special needs to email our partners at The Center for Independent Living Options (CILO) early for advice and support.
Boats
We don't allow boats to tie off. Please note that entry is only at the main gates.

Filming & Photography Policy
Bunbury Music Festival reserves the right to film and photograph all festival activities for promotional use.
Please be advised that upon entry, you are granting permission for your image to be used in any and all promotional materials.
Bunbury Music Festival assumes no responsibility for persons opposed to being photographed or filmed.
Gates
Festival gates open at Noon on Friday and Saturday and at 1pm on Sunday. Additional entrances will be located at Public Landing, near Yeatman's Cove. If tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the festival box office located at the main entrance at Sawyer Point on the corner of Eggleston Ave. and Pete Rose Way.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available when purchasing 3-Day passes on a desktop or PC only. Plans are not available when purchasing through the Ticketmaster mobile app.
Once you’ve landed on the Bunbury Ticketmaster page, you’ll click ‘See Tickets’ for the type of ticket you want. On the next page, there is a drop-down menu that says ‘Select Ticket Type’. Click that and select standard payment or the payment plan you would prefer.

Pregnant and Nursing Mothers
The Bunbury Festival has always been a family friendly event. This year, the Bunbury is making it easier and more comfortable for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers to enjoy their time at the festival.
An air-conditioned, private space has been created in the TriHealth Event Medicine pod (just west of the Purple People Bridge). Here, mothers or soon to be mothers, can retreat for a comfortable, private moment; either with their child, or just for a chance to rest and revive.
Re-Entry
We will only allow re-entry for three-day wristbands. As long as you are wearing a valid wristband for those three days, you can exit and re-enter the event site. Wristbands that have been damaged or tampered with will not be accepted.
Security
Safety is our number one priority. We have public safety and medical teams on hand. We will allow only a certain amount of tomfoolery. If there’s a chance someone may get an eye poked out, we’ll put an end to it…and we may even call your mom.
Service Animals
Individuals with disabilities shall be permitted to be accompanied by their service animals in all accessible areas of Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove parks. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual’s disability.
Tree Climbing is Prohibited
Tree climbing will not be permitted. This is not good for the health of the trees and violators will be arrested.
Tickets FAQs
Level 1 vs Level 2 Ticket
There are a limited number of Level 1 tickets at the lower price. Once they're gone, the price goes up to Level 2. So don't wait to buy your tickets!
Kids’ Tickets
Kids 6 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticketed adult. There is no limit to the number of kids per adult, however, free admissions are at the discretion of gate management, so please use your good judgment. Please note that only those wearing a VIP wristband can be in the VIP area. If you want your child to join you in VIP, you must purchase a VIP ticket for him or her. Free wristbands for kids 6 and under are considered General Admission and as such will not have access to the VIP area.
Name on Ticket
The name on the ticket simply reflects the name under which the ticket was reserved. Bunbury reserves the right to ask for identification in relation to tickets, but this should only be necessary if there is a discrepancy with the tickets and we need to clear up any suspected fraudulent activity. Please note that WHEN YOU BUY A THREE-DAY TICKET, one wristband is issued for the weekend and cannot be used by another person.
Ticket and Wristband Fees
Yes, there are ticket fees. We keep our ticket prices relatively low so the festival is still a great deal even with the fees. You have the option of buying your ticket at the gate, but there will still be ticket fees...and a line. So save time and buy your tickets online in advance.
Refunds or Exchanges
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds and exchanges are not allowed after a ticket is purchased.
Single-Day Tickets
Single-day tickets become available when the daily lineup has been announced, typically around April.
Wristbands Are Not Transferable
WHEN YOU BUY A THREE-DAY TICKET, one wristband is issued for the weekend and cannot be used by another person. So, for example, you cannot buy a three-day wristband and give it to another person to wear on a different day.

To Bunbury, or to go bunburying, is to have a made-up excuse to get out of doing something boring. Every Bunbury weekend in June, we give you a great excuse to get out of whatever you don’t want to do.
