From flirty rivalries to fierce rebounds, Love & Basketball spotlights six unforgettable women: Justina “The Commissioner” Knicole “The Real Estate Beauty”, Sheena “The Curvy Architect”, Shanrika “The Married Trainer”, Oni “The Free Spirit” and Frisco “The Veteran Captain”.
Throughout the season, Love & Basketball explores real friendships, competitive matchups, emotional turning points, and personal reinvention. The show features speed dating challenges, heart-to-hearts, heated games, and a grand charity showdown.
