West Bengal Govt will give Rs 1000 lumpsump to the needy people
under "Prachesta scheme".
I request the social activist please🙏🙏 help the needy people in your locality to avail this benefit by assisting them in filling and submitting this form to the concerned authority.

*PRACHESTA SCHEME*
- one time financial assistance who lost employment/livelihoods due to Covid 19
- Labours, daily wage and workers in unorganised sector
- No alternative sustainable source of income
- One time ex gratia payment of Rs 1000
ELIGIBILITY
- permanent resident of WB,
- sole bread winner of family,
- should not be a beneficiary of any social scheme like Pension, SSY
- Only one person per family(husband, wife, unmarried children)
- Benefit will be given if KMC,COMMISSIONER satisfied
APPLY
- Application to COMMISSIONER,KMC by individual personally, no bulk applications
EFFECTIVE DATE - 15th April to 15th May
