Cassville R-IV Families,

We regret to announce that tonight's Cassville High School Homecoming football game will not take place as scheduled.

Just before 3 p.m. this afternoon, Friday, October 9, we were notified that our scheduled opponent, Miller Career Academy, would not be traveling to Cassville for tonight's game, resulting in a forfeit.

While we are disappointed by this unexpected, last-minute change, we want to celebrate our students this evening.

We will have a Homecoming Celebration this evening at Wildcat Stadium for our students.

Beginning at 6:30 p.m., we will have our Homecoming Coronation, a performance by the Wildcat Band and CHS Cheerleaders and a limited concession stand for families and fans to enjoy. We estimate the event will conclude at approximately 7:15 p.m.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage our community to come together tonight, fill the stands and support our students!

The game may not be happening, but our wildcat spirit isn't going anywhere!

🍝 SPAGHETTI DINNER FUNDRAISER FOR BOBBY RAGSDALE 🚒❤️

Please join us as we come together to support one of our own, firefighter Bobby Ragsdale, who was recently injured in an accident and has a long road to recovery ahead of him.

Bobby is a dedicated firefighter and, most importantly, a father of three children. During this difficult time, we want to help ease some of the financial burden on Bobby and his family so they can focus on his recovery.

📅 Saturday, October 17
⏰ 6:00–8:00 PM
📍 Butterfield Fire Station

Come enjoy a spaghetti dinner, show your support, and help us rally around Bobby and his family.

If you’re able to donate, your generosity will help with mortgage expenses, care for his children, transportation, medical needs, and other expenses that arise during his recovery.

Every meal, donation, prayer, and share means so much. ❤️

Thank you to everyone for your generosity, kindness, and caring support. Please share this post and help us spread the word!

🚒 Together, we take care of our own. 🚒
