Our race is getting closer, have you registered? As we are prepping and reaching out for swag bag materials, be sure to register early to be sure to lock in your swag!

Not a runner? No problem! Walking is fine too. A mile is a mile, whether you run, sprint, walk, skip, just move!

This past weekend Coach Kelly and Shannon attended a POUND certification in Eden Praire with this super fun group of other Band Members!
