Then it’s time for the real test:
MAX DISTANCE synchro bear hug sandbag carry.
And yes… y’all actually have to stay together the entire carry. If one partner falls behind or drops the bag, both partners stop moving. 🥵
2-2-2-3 minute work intervals.
1 minute rest.
Simple enough.
