My final from pastry school. Vanilla chiffon cake with Italian buttercream and lemon curd all wrapped in vanilla fondant And decorated with colored sugar and gum paste roses and leaves with Italian buttercream shell borders. I got 100% on it. G Io me!!

Have lots of wedding stuff for sale to anyone who is interested. Too much work for me. I could still help you plan but don’t have the team to do the work needed. I am going back to school to specialize in desserts and pastries. For those of you who have tried and seen my cakes, I’m learning some new techniques. Want to go more in that direction. For those of you that haven’t seen or tasted my cakes, I will be posting pictures, and I am not afraid to stray from the traditional. Oh, and did I mention that my prices are very reasonable?

After removing myself from life for the past couple of years I just wanted to say thank you for your prayers and well wishes and to let you all know that I am now available to make wedding and event cakes again. I have just graduated from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and am in the process of enrolling again to earn certification as Pastry Specialist.

In the meantime, if you are within a 50 mile radius of Branford, FL. order your cakes and pastries for whatever special event you have coming up. And remember, if you can dream it, we can create it.

Sorry I haven't written anything. I started Culinary school. Thought I would add catering to my other talents. I do love to cook, and thought It would be fun, which it is, i'm having a blast. And the school does everything in Google` so I have a Google class, also. My original plan was to revive and expand my business, adding catering , since it's really hard to find good catering in the area. However, some people in the family don't want me to do that. Also, it's so hard to find good dependable help, and I can climb ladders, anymore, my grand children are grown and busy with jobs and college and their own lives.
