To clarify an incident today at Bolar bluegrass festival Willie Smith asked a band to perform with them the band said yes then a NON BOLAR FIRE MEMBER asked him not to. Bolar members Matt and Danny told him he was more than welcome to play with the band at which time he rejected the offer and said he was leaving. This in no turn is a product of the Bolar volunteer fire dept it was a NON MEMBER which told him he could not play.
