Our Story

Foodfort is a weekend-long celebration of the food and food systems local to the greater-Boise area. As the culinary branch of the Treefort mothership, Foodfort works to bring local, regional and national chefs, media, and culinary experts together to facilitate thinking and discussion about food in our daily lives. Oh yeah, we also work to provide delicious food—be it familiar or new—for Foodfort-goers to experience. Bringing new and interesting tastes to your palette, as well as opening up conversations for a deeper culinary understanding, is our bread and butter. We love sharing our passion for incredible food with you, showing off our local talent (eat local, duh!), and bringing new culinary experiences to Boise.
