In 2017, The Friends of Clarks River National Wildlife Refuge partnered with various local organizations and nonprofit groups to host a Wildlife, Heritage, and Outdoor Festival, or WHO Fest! One goal of the festival is to bring local communities together to celebrate and promote the outdoor legacy unique to the heartland. Part of that festival includes a WHO Photography Contest and Showcase. This page is to help keep you up-to-date on the photo contest and showcase information.
