Our Mission: You Being You. The jobQ team is committed to empowering people to step into the fullness of their identity. We believe all people are wonderful, vibrant, complex, and unique creations – and it is our joy to facilitate a discovery process which will equip and embolden them towards true fulfillment in life. Our Vision: To See People Happy at Work. Everyone wants to work their dream job, but often times the process of getting there ends up looking more like a nightmare. The jobQ Career Blueprint pairs an assessment with a brief yet powerful coaching program to expedite that journey. The first step is an awareness and discovery of what really drives you in your career, and what types of environments you would thrive in. The Problem: A Zombie Workforce. Stats about career engagement are depressingly low - some numbers show as high as 70% employee disengagement! We believe there is a significant mismatch between who people truly are, and what the job requires. Our advice - don’t work for a paycheck, work from a place of passion. The Solution: Enlightenment! The solution is NOT to get a new job - the solution is to know YOU. Still want to get a new job? A jobQ Career Blueprint will set you on the right track for who you are. Want to THRIVE in the job you have? Awesome! Having a Blueprint will help you to leverage your unique style to create a win-win situation for you and your employer.
