Presenting the final featured artist of Cascade Juggling Festival, the CJF winner of the 2025 Della Moustachella Award for Gusto: Spencer Sprocket.

With a signature mix of juggling, magic, and comedy, Spencer Sprocket creates tailored performances designed to captivate audiences of all kinds. Based in Portland, Oregon, Spencer has spent the last six years performing full-time, building a reputation for excellence across the PNW and beyond. His versatile offerings include everything from birthday celebrations to educational workshops and major events. Spencer’s unique ability to combine technical skill with genuine audience connection makes him a premier choice for extra fun.

Meet JJ & J (we're not sure what the J stands for), the vampire trio who'll have you in grave wonder as they toss, spin, and stake their claim as the festival's most fangtastic act! These creatures of the night have been perfecting their craft for centuries, so you KNOW they've got the juggling down to a fine art-ery. 🩸 Fair warning: their performances are absolutely neck-breaking, and audiences never leave without losing their heads. Cascade Juggling Festival is pleased as punch to have this juggler on our team - you'll see her hovering around the check in desk for most of the weekend and she'll be teaching a group passing class on Saturday in the gym!

Robin has been a juggler for 47 years, specializing in group club passing and diabolo. She has been the lead collaborator in the creation of a few internationally recognized multi-person passing patterns. She has also been involved in the planning and operations of dozens of juggling festivals, including this one.

Three cheers for our next instructor, Arlene Smith! Hoop hoop, hooray!

is a Seattle based artist and community organizer with an undying love for hula hoops, roller skates, and swings. She specializes in hoops, poi, juggling, and fire dancing, bringing light and levity every time she teaches or performs. Arlene currently serves as executive director of Seattle Flow Arts Collective, and is one of our organizers for Cascade Juggling Festival.

Cascade Juggling Festival is proud to have so many homegrown performers among our roster of talent, and Richard Hartnell is no exception.

Richard Hartnell is among the most distinguished North American contact jugglers. Richard's grasp of contact juggling technique has earned him places as a coveted instructor and performer across the United States and another twelve countries beyond. He is a co-founder of the Bellingham Circus Guild in Washington State and a resident artist emeritus at some of the Bay Area's premier studios of prop-based circus arts.

Another one of our local stunners will be gracing the stage AND teaching a workshop for complete beginners to flow and juggling at Cascade Juggling Festival this year!

Natale Luma didn’t choose the circle life, the circle life chose her. She became dedicated to the cult of hoops over a decade ago, and has since built a full-time life of spinning in circles & helping others do the same. As an instructor she focuses on creating encouraging atmospheres to share hoop technique, entertainment business, and stage presence development. Outside of her teaching & solo performance ventures she is the director of Cirque Cadia and board member at the Bellingham Circus Guild. Cascade Juggling Festival is so happy to welcome back .quinn to our instructor lineup!

Quinn Murley is a Bellingham native who has been involved in CJF from the very beginning. Known for his high-energy stage presence and fast spinning style, Quinn has been working on his discipline for over 10 years and teaching for 8. He's excited to celebrate what his hometown has to offer at the 3rd Cascade Juggling Festival.

Cascade Juggling Festival's next performer is already a festival favorite, but this will be his first time on our stage!

Owen Scollon () is a 15-year-old juggler and unicyclist based in Bellingham, Washington. He started juggling 5 years ago in an elementary school PE class. He got his start performing at the Bellingham Farmers Market and has performed at various community events. He holds a Guinness World Record for "Fastest time to solve a 2x2x2 rotating puzzle cube whilst juggling." When he's not juggling Owen is a student at Sehome High School. He likes to play chess in his spare time.

The Cascade Juggling Festival lineup of instructors is multi-talented beyond measure - John the Juggler is also one of our festival organizers! 😍

John has been a juggler for more years than he can count and a lover of all things nerdy for an entire lifetime. He's got puns for days, knows how to ride a unicycle (he read a book about it!), always has something in his pocket he can do a magic trick with, and will teach you how to pass juggle, whether you want to or not 😉 We're so happy to have him on our team!
