Start the New Year off by taking the first step towards a healthier you and also helping Berthas Mission feed the hungry!

The medals were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes the the runners (and walkers) soon would be there! Medals to the first 100 finishers and mugs for the top 3 in age groups! Come join us in New Year’s Day, onsite registration is from 7-7:50 at Bedford’s Historic Downtown Depot!

What a great way to start the 2020! Today we were able to raise over $7000 for Berthas Mission with the First Step 5K Run and Walk! Thank you to all our sponsors, volunteers and participants! This will help feed a lot of hungry people in 2020!

Here is a map of the course this year. The run starts on the west side of the square. You run 3/4 of a lap around the square and exit on the north east corner of the square onto J st. You continue on J at to 6th, where you turn right (east). You run on 6th to F st, where you make a 180 degree turn and continue on 6th west until N st. Turn North on N st and there is another 180 degree turn in front of BERTHAS MISSION. You turn left back on 6th st and continue on 6th to J st. Turn south on J and you finish in front of the Downtown Depot!
