Women’s Doubles 4.0 at Big Pickl DUPR De Mayo was not a pickleball division… it was a full-blown gladiator match with paddles. 🔥

🥇 Gold: Chrissy Saad & Lisa Crespo
🥈 Silver: Adrianne Knight & Kasey McClure
🥉 Bronze: AnnaLisa Frengel & Alex Hammers

This division had everything: firefights at the kitchen line, side-eye after speedups, muttering under breath between points, and enough competitive energy to power the entire facility. At one point it looked less like DUPR De Mayo and more like WWE: Pickleball Edition.

But that’s what made it legendary… hard fought battles on the court, grudges left in the game, and hugs waiting on the podium afterward. Respect to all of these women for bringing elite-level competition, heart, and just the right amount of chaos to the tournament.

Somebody please check the net for scorch marks. 🏓🔥

The Men’s Doubles 3.5 division at Big Pickl DUPR De Mayo had everything… power shots, questionable line calls, and at least 17 conversations that started with “I thought YOU had that ball.”

🥇 Gold: Parker Hurley & George Lavander
🥈 Silver: Stephen Metz & Stephen Kustra
🥉 Bronze: Anthony Ricci & Matt Brungard

Parker and George came out firing like they skipped warmups and went straight to championship mode. Meanwhile, the two Stephens proved that having the same first name adds at least +3 chemistry points on the court. And Anthony & Matt battled their way to Bronze while surviving the chaos of the 3.5 division… arguably the most dangerous division in pickleball.

Congratulations to all of our medalists for bringing the heat to DUPR De Mayo and reminding everyone that friendship temporarily ends once the score hits 9-9. 🔥

The Women’s Doubles 3.0 division at Big Pickl DUPR De Mayo was less “friendly pickleball” and more “Cinco de SMASH-o.”

🥇 Gold: Laurie Sloan & Amy Brungard
🥈 Silver: Elizabeth Gordon & Michelle Schramko
🥉 Bronze: Joanne Wollet & Tricia Jacobs

Rumor has it the kitchen was officially declared a no-fly zone after this division wrapped up. Between the d***s, drives, and “accidental” body shots, these ladies turned Pickleball Harbor into absolute chaos in the best way possible.

Congratulations to all of our medalists for proving that women’s doubles 3.0 is secretly one of the most competitive divisions in the building. Somebody check on the paddles… and maybe the husbands too.

The Mixed Doubles 4.0 division at Big Pickl DUPR De Mayo was played at a speed that had spectators pulling hamstrings just watching it.

🥇 Gold: Bryan Chieze & Sadie Meyer
Bryan apparently decided one gold medal wasn’t enough for the weekend and recruited Sadie for a full court takeover. These two were firing drives, winning hands battles, and making opponents reconsider their life choices at the kitchen line.

🥈 Silver: Joe Giannetti & Adrianne Knight
Joe came back for another podium appearance because apparently sleep is optional during DUPR De Mayo. Adrianne and Joe battled through the bracket like seasoned pros with fast hands and absolutely no fear of speed ups.

🥉 Bronze: Stephen & Diane Metz
The Metz team brought consistency, teamwork, and veteran composure while everyone else around them was entering full pickleball panic mode. Calm, collected, and clutch all day long.

This division had everything: ATP attempts from impossible angles, people yelling “WATCH IT!” after every overhead, d**k rallies turning into firefights, and enough paddle tapping to qualify as a percussion section.

Huge congratulations to all of our Mixed 4.0 medalists for putting on an absolute show at DUPR De Mayo! 🏆
