The suitcase train is on display today at the Woolly Worm Car Show located at the Lee County Middle High School. Be sure to come check out the Three Forks Historical Museum's sneak peak of the Peppermint Express and all the beautiful cars and trucks in the car show. Also grab lunch from either the Senior Class or Beattyville Bombers while you're there.

Come on out to the Car Show at LCMHS for some good food! The LCMHS Senior class has hotdogs, hamburgers, and chicken fajitas. The Beattyville Bombers Baseball team has pulled pork and baked beans.

Your electric WILL NOT support heaters. It is for lights only if it’s the one on the lamp posts. If you need more electric, you need to run cord to a bigger box.

As of 5:00 PM today, Thursday, October 23rd, Beattyville Main Street will be temporarily closed through Sunday evening for the annual Woolly Worm Festival!

We appreciate the hard work and dedication of the Woolly Worm Festival Committee, all sponsors, organizers, and everyone who contributes to making this one of the most enjoyable weekends of the year.

We can’t wait to see everyone downtown this weekend celebrating our community with great food, crafts, music, and fun for all ages! 🐛🎶🍂

Attention:

The Woolly Worm Festival Car show will be held on October 26th. The show will again be held at the Lee County High school back parking lot, due to the facilities at the old Beattyville Grade not being available. Registration will be $20 per car and will start at 9am. Please enter behind the old softball field for registration. Spectators should park in the front parking lot of the school. Please avoid using the back entrance. We can't wait to see everyone and their beautiful machines!

Suzy will be honored at the opening ceremonies of the festival at 6 p.m. Friday night at Main Stage.
