Hi everyone. I'm sorry it's been so long since we've updated y'all. John and I are settled into our new apartment. I'm still having a lot of medical problems. But I'm still working because I can't afford not to right now, even though the doctors are all telling me not too. Anyway, John and I still need furniture. We need a twin size bed and dresser for Cody. He's going to need sheets, pillows, and a comforter. And he'd like to have a small TV but I told him that may have to wait. We need a dresser. We need some bathroom rugs, some kitchen rugs, and some front door rugs. We need some kitchen canisters, kitchen knife set. We need a shower curtain for Cody's bathroom. Towel holder and a small table for his bathroom, (he has a big bathroom). We need a towel holder for our bathroom as well a couple of clothes hampers. We have a couple of dishes, cups, eating utensils, a few pots and pans, but we could really use a new set of dishes, cups and glasses, and pots and pans and bakeware, as well as cooking utensils.
We've been buying what we can at the Dollar Store and Walmart. But we can't get a whole lot because of my medicine and doctors being so expensive.
We don't mind used furniture, we just ask that it's clean, please! Cody has Lupus and Connective Tissue Disorder, both are Auto Immune Diseases, and I've had open heart surgery and still having heart problems and other problems with my red blood cells, some blockages, and other things, so we're just asking nicely that it's clean if it's used furniture for health reasons. We do not have a truck so it would have to be delivered.
Again, I apologize for it being so long since anyone has posted an update. If any of you can help, we'd be eternally grateful! We can do a Walmart pick up. Or we can message you our address if you want to send gift cards and we'll post pictures of what we purchased with those gift cards. We don't have cable, so we're not spending our money foolishly. I am selling Magnabilities Jewelry which someone paid for my kit. So I'm hoping that'll help generate some income but I haven't had any luck yet.

I want to give you all an update. John and I move from the apartment we were in, into a different complex. The one we were in had mold and other issues. John and I both stayed sick and I have been in the hospital 4 times and John 2 times! Anyway, we're still in desperate need of some things.
--Kitchen towels, washcloths, pot holders
--Cutlery
--Baking Pans
--Dishes
--Silverware
--Bowls
--Cooking Utensils
--2 Shower Liners
--2 Shower Curtains (I'd like to go with a beach theme)
--2 Twin Beds & Bedding for the boys
--2 Dressers (1 for us and one for the boys)
--Bedding for our bed (queen size)
--Couch & Love Seat, or a love seat and 2 recliners
--Pillows for us and the boys
--3 Night Stands (for us and the boys)
--TVs
--End Tables
Room Rugs for the living room, hallway, kitchen
--Rugs for the bathrooms (ours and the boys')

It seems like a lot, and it is. But we're having to start completely over from scratch!
We don't mind used furniture (prefer new mattresses for the boys) but we do ask that it's smoke free and pet free. I have heart problems (,, I had open heart surgery) and our oldest son has Lupus and Connective Tissue Disorder, so I keep my home bleach clean daily and as germ free as possible.
Our oldest does have a small therapy dog he's had 12 years. If you can help us financially, or with donations, or have something that you can donate, we do ask that it's cleaned due to the health issues.
We're grateful for any help you can give! Our bed was purchased new for us which was a huge blessing!

John and I have been so blessed! We've had a new queen size bed, some end tables, a shower curtain (with seashells; which I was hoping to do in the kids/guest bathroom), pots and pans, some baking pans, mixing bowls, silverware, cookware, small garbage pail, broom, dust pan, and a mop bucket and bath towels that was donated to us.
We're so eternally grateful!!!!!!!!
We still need things such as:
2 Bath mats
1 Shower Curtain ( hopefully dolphins)
2 shower curtain liners
Dish Towels
Dish Cloths
Vacuum Cleaner
Mop
Cutlery (knives, etc...)

We would like to have pet free and smoke free please! I've had open heart surgery, and our oldest son has an auto immune disease & Lupus. He does have a small dog for his therapy dog. So when we asked for pet free home it's only because we can't (because of health issues) get something where pets have soiled the furniture, so please don't take any offense 🙂
Again, we've been blessed with the donations we've received and we're eternally grateful 😀

Hey ysll some great news. John and Eileen got given a brand new Queen size bed today. Yay. So they are gonna need some sheets and blankets, pillows...that sorta thing. Also please continue to keep Eileens health in your prayers....and John too from stress. Thanks everyone.

This is our apartment. As you can see, we have nothing! We do have our personal belongings, such as...clothes, shampoo, etc...
A friend did give us a microwave. Then last night our neighbor gave us a couple of shelves.
We'd like to do beach theme in one bathroom and dolphins in the other.

Update:
A few weeks ago, I was in the ER for chest pains. I'm trying to get ALL of my doctors transferred from AL to MS, (P*P; Cardiologist; Orthopedic). This past Thursday night I was back in the ER, again! They did EKG; Blood work; Ultrasound of my Coratid Arteries in my neck on both sides, chest x-ray (I had open heart surgery in 2006...my chest is wired shut; and in 2009 a heart cath showed a 60% blockage in my heart, but it can't be stinted because it's where the ventricles fork off...the widow maker). Well, the blockages that are in my neck, 50% on the right & 60% on the left, is a major concern, to say the least! My B12 is non existent, almost...which can cause your body to shut down. I'm severely anemic and was diagnosed with Severe Pernicious Anemia...which is a major health concern by itself! The ER Dr gave me a scrip for nitroglycerin tablets that I have to keep on me at ALL times!
Friday night I took 3 nitroglycerin and refused to go to the ER again! Saturday, I took 5! So, guess where I was again less than 48 hrs after leaving the hospital? Back in the ER! More test and a CT Scan! Got home Sunday morning.
Still keeping the nitroglycerin on me and waiting for a cardiologist to call me!
I need ALL the prayers I can get! So does John! We're both working, but we just moved into a place and we have NOTHING for our apartment! So we need help with that, please! We have a page set up for that. But with ALL the medical bills and medications I'm on now and missing work because of what's going on, we need all the help furnishing our new place! We need EVERYTHING from dishes and garbage pails to furniture!

Another thing to let yall know, Eileen is having some serious health issues. She was in the e.r. last night with chest pain and found out the arteries in her neck are 50% and 60% blocked. Her liver function is not what it should be and she was diagnosed with moderate to severe Pernicious Anemia which causes alot of issues with her body and can be very dangerous. Eileen and John really need your prayers right now as well as anything you can do to help them set up their new apartment. Thank you so much in advance.

Hey yall, thanks so much for visiting. This is kind of like an ongoing house warming for John and Eileen. Starting over is so hard and thats exactly what they are doing. They need everything for a home from furniture, appliances, bathroom items and cleaning supplies. Anything you can do is greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone! 😀 This page was created to help John & Eileen with getting started in their new apartment. They need EVERYTHING from paper towels to furniture! They need EVERYTHING for every room in their new apartment. They have been traveling for the past year for work, but have finally settled down on the Gulf Coast in Bay St. Louis, MS. So, they don't have ANYTHING! They have their clothes and personal things that they've traveled with, but that's it! ANYTHING y'all can do to help them get started in their new place would be gratefully appreciated! They have a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with a living room, dining room, and kitchen.
