It’s been one week since we kicked off the quartziteclassic! 🥹❤️‍🔥

300+ of you showed up for a weekend full of climbing, community, education, and stewardship. Safe to say, we’re still riding the psych. 🤙

🎉 28 NEW MEMBERS joined the WCA!

🏆 We celebrated two local legends, Pete Cleveland and Erol Altay, honoring the lasting mark they’ve made on our climbing community.

🗓️ SAVE THE DATE: The quartziteclassic will return in 2027! More details, including location, to come. 👀

Huge thanks to everyone who climbed, volunteered, showed up, and made this weekend so special.

Until next year…go get those sends! 🔥

Inclusivity Grant applications are open for the fall season! Applications this time will have an emphasis on individuals, but groups are also welcome to apply.

The Inclusivity Grant was developed to back our JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) efforts as we aim to help make a more inclusive space for climbers. This grant will support an underrepresented individual or group by awarding them funding to progress in their climbing.

Applications are due Oct. 9.

Sunset top-outs at the lake 👌

Video taken yesterday, on the first day of fall. There’s not too much color popping through the canopy yet, but it won’t be long. 🍂

Fall is for sending, and it’s also a good time to give back to the crags we love. Check out our upcoming stewardship opportunities👇
