A few things to keep in mind for the race tomorrow:

-Concessions will be CASH ONLY!! There is an ATM at Casey’s which is east of the intersection of Hwys 25 & 36 (310 Grant St) It is a 3 minute drive from the fairgrounds

-If you bring dogs, please keep them on a leash

-Entries will be in the northeast corner of the big building, restrooms are there as well. We will accept cash and check for entries! Checks can be made to Rawlins County Fair Board

-Concession stand is located just south of the arena behind bleachers

-Warm up area will be on the northeast side of the arena, there will be no parking allowed on the east side of the fence

-We will have 30 slots for exhibitions, they will be first come first serve

-Entries will close at 2pm. Late entries after classes start WILL be accepted and you will be placed at the bottom of the draw. We will not have anyone at registration after 2pm, so there will be a phone number to call if you need a late entry
