We have been going through some resource and staffing changes which has been a BIG contributor to the lack of recent communications. Rest assured the health of the business has not been altered. The challenges we have faced have provided us opportunities for improvements that have been long overdue!!
We are in the process of getting all current invoices settled in January.
We are also in the process of restructuring the tiers. We have suspended all of the billing for January and wanted to give everyone the opportunity to be able to review the new perks of the new tiers before selecting.
Parts will be catalogued so that you will know what all we have to offer. Prior to making parts available, each part will have been through the prototype process with being test printed and fitted prior to offering it for sale. Parts ordering will also be streamlined and setup to have quick turnaround times.
Larger items (such as Figures, Statues, Busts, Props, Dioramas etc.) will only be offered once they are ready to ship out. We will be doing small runs based on your feedback on which ones will be offered.
For those who are makers, we will be offering a tier in which we will offer exclusive access to batches of 3d print files. We will also be offering digital sales for files in the members store.
