Getting checked in and set for success has never been easier with our Volunteer Check In desk moving to Reg hall by accessibility. Once you get your temporary badge from our team, simply head to your assigned department ops desk to get your badge and confirm your schedule.

Department Highlight: Board Gaming

Combining the MomoCon library of board games and many willingly borrowed from the private collections of the department veterans. These volunteers serve as librarians and game hosts/teachers to get more games played (and enjoyed) over the weekend than ever before.

Department Highlight: Workshops

This department manages the materials, equipment and volunteer team to help execute a variety of scheduled public, private, free, or paid workshops throughout the weekend. Planning begins well in advance of the con, and there's the cleanup and leftover supplies to be handled as well. Programming includes submissions and curated content.

Department Highlight: Video Game Free-Play

Freeplay is the area where you can just drop in and play the latest and greatest games. We have 80+ consoles running at once, and volunteers help manage them all!

Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Check in/out controllers
- Monitor and troubleshoot consoles
- Answer questions about our available games (customer service!)
- Assist with any special events being held in the department
