MomoCon Volunteers

Volunteering with us in 2027 and need a hotel room? Be sure to hop on MomoCon's website on October 20th to secure your booking.

And stay tuned for our 2027 form opening, coming soon!

MomoCon 2027 hotel blocks open October 20th at noon ET!

We’ve worked with our hotel partners to add more rooms downtown where we can, along with additional hotel options for you guys!

Book here when reservations open on October 20th: https://www.momocon.com/hotels/
Because demand is high, booking will use a queue. If you’re in the waiting room before noon, your place will be randomized when reservations open. After noon, you’ll join in the order you arrive. You’ll be able to see how many people are ahead of you, though the queue won’t show an estimated wait time.

To keep your place, use one browser window and don’t refresh or close it. Our housing team will be monitoring the queue and is here to help before, during, and after you book at [email protected].

Hotels are listed in both Downtown and Midtown. This is new to 2027, and is to give you more options when staying near MomoCon. Take a moment to check the location and this distance so you book the stay that works best for you. We can’t wait to see you at MomoCon 2027!
