📣 **Atlanta Spikers Indoor Volleyball Tournament 2024 - Season 2 Highlights!** 📣

What an incredible day it was at the **NASRC (North Atlanta Sports & Recreation Club) – Atlanta Spikers Indoor Volleyball Tournament 2024 Season 2**! Held on October 26 at Central Park in Cu***ng, GA, this event brought together 12 teams, including players from as far as Charlotte, NC! With 120 players, over 30 dedicated volunteers, and the support of our wonderful community, the tournament was a resounding success.

🏐 **Tournament Highlights:**
- After the round-robin games, teams were divided into two divisions based on their rankings: Division 1 for top teams and Division 2 for others. We then ran exciting quarter-finals through to finals for each division!
- Scores and live standings were displayed on the TV screens through Fwango, allowing teams to stay updated in real-time.
- Breakfast and lunch were provided to keep everyone fueled throughout the day.

What an incredible day at the NASRC Pickleball Tournament 2024! With 120 players competing across different brackets—men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles, at all skill levels—it was a fantastic showcase of fun and sportsmanship! A special shoutout to our 40+ volunteers who helped make this event a success, and a huge thank you to APA (Atlanta Pickleball Alliance), Atlanta Maniacs (Soccer & Cricket), Atlanta Spikers volleyball Club and NAAM USA for their amazing support.

We are beyond grateful for your participation, time, and dedication. 🙌💫 Your involvement not only brought us together but also supported NAAM USA, a local nonprofit organization (501c3) dedicated to senior care in our community. 💙

Our NASRC (North Atlanta Sports & Recreation Club) is hosting two fundraising tournaments: Pickleball on Sat, Oct 5, 2024, and Volleyball on Sat-Sun, Oct 26, 27 2024. Proceeds will support NAAM USA’s Holiday Gift Bags donation drive for homebound seniors this December.

⁠- Established and debuted in Vibha 2016.
- The team's name, 'Atlanta Maniacs,' was coined by Sadikh Pulikkaparambil.
- Key founding members in 2016: Nishad Pandarathodi, Shbil Ittoli, Monish Venu, Dynus Varghese, Sadikh Pulikkaparambil, and Asif PV.
- Pioneered and endorsed the **Atlanta Supernovas** women's cricket team since 2016. (Then it’s led by POCs: Dynus Vargese, Nima Monish, Medha Sajith)
**1. GAMA Tournaments:**
- Actively competing since 2016 (2016, 2017 and 2023).
- Clinched championship titles in 2017 and 2023.
**2. VIBHA Tournaments:**
Engaged since 2016.

- Inaugurated in 2017 with founding members Abu Paul, Nishad Pandarathodi, Sudeep Kishan, and Asif PV.
- Abu Paul and Nishad Pandarathodi were pivotal in forming NAMSL (North America Malayalee Soccer League) with VP Sathyan joining in 2019, now featuring an annual team registration fee of $1,500.
- ⁠On April 2020, the planned Soccer tournament in Atlanta, with the support of non-profit organization NAAM USA, was unfortunately cancelled in kat minutes due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
**1. GAMA Tournaments:**
- Active since 2018; (2018, 2022, and 2023).
- Triumphed in 2018, with the current champion being Atlanta Maniacs 2 (2023).
**2. NAG (Nepalese Association of Georgia) Tournaments:**
- Entered the scene in 2021, securing victory in 2022.
**3. Atlanta Asia Cup 11s Tournaments:**
- Represented Team India in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
**4. MASC Miami FL (Feb):**
- Competing since 2020.
- Conquered in 2020 and gearing up for Feb 2024.
**5. Baltimore MD 2023:**
- Participated in 2023.
