With the flu season in full swing, I have been washing my hands all the time. You'd think they would be dried out and chapped but not with HoneyBar soap. My hands are not dried out. They are soft and smooth and clean! Try some.....

Post Labor Day, we are off to explore the wonderful Cliff-Dweller remains at Mesa Verde, Colorado. Because it is in the desert, I packed the usual weather supplies PLUS a fresh bar of Honeybar Soap so I can be sweet to my skin.

Ah, summertime...season's change, and the Spring annual plantings give way to Summer varieties. I am about to dig in the earth again, this time to try and establish a gardenia "tree" (formed by pruning and careful grafting) with a surrounding planting of bougainvillea. I have lots of new topsoil and a huge planter ready--along with a fine, big piece of the stuff that will clean and care for my hands afterward: HONEYBAR SOAP. Whatever you're doing, however you spend your days, be sweet to your skin. HONEYBAR SOAP.

Hooray for Spring and planting again. As the great 6th century CE Christian hymn writer Venantius Fortunatus wrote, "All the fair beauty of earth/from the death of winter arising!/ Every good gift of the year/ now with its master returns." And, of course, after all the garden work, (for human hands contribute to this bounteous and beautiful blessing coming forth from this lovely earth our island home), Honeybar soap refreshes and renews us for another day by helping us "be sweet to our skin".

Maybe it is just a case of "old bones", but Springtime--for all its hopeful glories--is not always a gentle season for me. So, I find a hot bath soak with Honeybar soap eases things a bit. And, of course, I get to be sweet to my skin.
