Formed in 2020, the trio (consisting of Millia, kindtree, and Concave Reflection) has amassed a loving fanbase worldwide for their fusion of influences - from the rhythmic depth & detailed sound design of speaker-knocking contemporary bass music, the enveloping sub bass, sway of dub, & the classic chillout IDM styles of aqueous swirls & textural ambient scapes.

Bringing in a distinctly modern flair with innovative groove programming to their recordings & live performances, their music touches upon the effervescent emotional realms & limitless technological potential of Mille Plateaux Y2K-era experimental ambient styles - one eye towards the past & one on the future, yet lucidly present for the catharsis of poignant dancefloor moments or an evening of heads-down introspective electronic journeying.

SUPPORT: For Season 1’s finale WetWare x VLSC Records Presents Purelink will be supported by Atlanta’s Treppenwitz and Hope Scholar on Thursday, November 12th. We’re all aboard the SS Chillout, come deep listen with the crew.

Treppenwitz is more than just two men. They are a pair of beat producers from the area around Atlanta, Georgia. Having known each other since childhood, a fortunate turn of events eventually brought them together. The result: two men creating electronic music. Treppenwitz sets drums and synthesizers pulsing in tandem—at times inviting you to dance, at others encouraging atmospheric introspection, and occasionally… sparking a sense of pure, unadulterated joy.

Hope Scholar is the solo project of Atlanta-based multi-instrumentalist and producer Spencer Ussery; a stalwart of ATL’s DIY scene performing in Ricochet Star, Irreversible, Big Jesus and more. Blending elements of ambient drone, dub, techno, downtempo, and trip-hop, Hope Scholar layers synthesizers, acoustic and electric instruments, vocals, and field recordings into lush, immersive soundscapes inviting movement from within.

Embracing the temperature change, we explored new depths with Aurora Halal fresh off the release of her new EP “Red Alert”. Support by Atlanta’s umenu and a collaboration of Monoman and Entro Senestre, we found our way through the undertow. Thank you to the good ship Aisle5 crew and all the divers who moved some bones for WetWare 04.

Em Trails is the alter ego of Cut Corners founding resident, Emily Kendrick. Her lifetime love of music puts her right at home behind the decks, blending the saccharine with the strange and the old school with the contemporary. With supporting sets for luminaries like GRRL, Club Chow, and Hudson Mohawke she’s fast becoming an underground favorite in Atlanta. Jon B Entro Senestre is the recording alias of American electronic musician Jonathan Beall. Emerging on W.T. Records with La Caccia in 2010, his music has occupied its own territory, raw machine rhythm, acid, electro and techno cut through with an unmistakably emotional and often otherworldly melodic sensibility. Across records, DJ sets and extended live hardware performances, Beall’s work has been driven by machines pushed toward atmosphere, tension, beauty and physical force. After years largely outside the public eye, Entro Senestre has resurfaced. The machinery is running again.

jack Monoman is an Atlanta-based electronic artist working at the intersection of techno, ambient music and experimental electronics. Drawing from the textural and free styles of left leaning Detroit electronica, and the hypnotic precision of Oscar Mulero, their music favors atmosphere, repetition and depth, with dense, tactile constructions built as much around space and raw electronics as rhythm. Moving between ambient suspension and the physical pressure of techno, their work is immersive, disorienting and uncompromising, music built for the space between atmosphere and impact.

Cora umenu is an Atlanta-based producer and vinyl DJ. Oscillating between minimal and maximal, her sound weaves leftfield techno, dub and electro. The current program director at WREK Radio and a jazz drummer, her appreciation of dance music is informed by her love of free party culture, sound design and hardware.

Take a deep dive into Atlanta’s dance music depths with WetWare and Aurora Halal at Aisle 5

Aurora Halal is a producer, DJ, and creator of Brooklyn’s influential Mutual Dreaming party series and the Sustain-Release festival. Shadowy and psychedelic, her hardware live and DJ sets have a heavy sensuality and metallic dance floor intensity that’s at turns playful, dark, euphoric, and emotionally vulnerable. In all her projects, she treats dance music as an arena for transformation and since 2010, her events have been rooted in an underground, DIY approach that pushes forward-thinking sounds, production, and ideas.

hotlemonyaki Helix was never too good at bios. His work speaks for itself from the breakout single “Drum Tracks” that lead to work with cutting edge labels like Night Slugs, National and international performances, and developed closely with Atlanta’s Club Morph. You may have heard his work on Beyoncé’s Renaissance tour if you paid close attention.

Marquinn Mason Marquinn Mason is a multi-instrumentalist from Atlanta, GA with roots in Augusta. His unique style mixes traditional-jazz elements with a hiphop and house foundation, adding live saxophone flair. Marquinn is a curator of the long standing improvisational Sunday Jazz Jam formerly at Gallery 992 and has played in over 40 countries with the legend Kamaal Williams. Other notable collaborations include Konda, WolfpackATL, Byron the Aquarius, Stefan Ringer, QUAS, Kebbi Williams, Roy Ayers, Mausuki Scales, and countless others.
