Dear Vendor,

The Hampton Business and Merchants Association has decided that it would be in everyone’s best interest if we cancel the Bear Creek Festival. The numbers are still climbing and other festivals all around us are posting they are not having them this year. We do not want to be responsible for anyone getting sick.
With that being said, we have three (3) options:
1-Roll over to next years Bear Creek Festival,
2-Roll over to next years Yellow Pollen Festival,
3-Or I can send you a refund check.

BEAR CREEK FESTIVAL
SEPTEMBER 26, 2020

The Executive Committee of the Hampton Business and Merchants Association have decided that it is in the best interest of all involved to cancel the Bear Creek Festival this year. With the numbers going up and festivals all around us cancelling, we feel that this is the right thing to do.
We will be back next year bigger and better.
