Queen Lauren had such an exciting day visiting three different Publix stores across Lakeland! ✨🍉
She had the opportunity to hand out fresh watermelon chunks to consumers while sharing fun facts and promoting the best fruit around!
Meeting so many wonderful people and getting to share the stories behind watermelons made for the sweetest day! 🍉

Queen Lauren made her way to West Elementary School to wrap up her final two classroom visits! She had the opportunity to speak with both the entire 1st grade and 3rd grade classes, reaching a total of around 167 students! We had a great time learning fun watermelon facts, discussing the nutritional benefits they provide, exploring their farm to table journey, and practicing the Look, Lift, Turn method for choosing the perfect watermelon! Thank you Gibson Produce for providing each of these students the sweetest slice! 🍉🍉

At Lake Placid Elementary, Queen Lauren had the sweetest opportunity to connect with an incredible group of 1st graders! They spent their time learning about the farm to table journey of watermelons and even talked about how to choose the perfect one at the grocery store. Their excitement and personalities made for such a memorable day!

Queen Lauren traveled to Wauchula Elementary School where she had the opportunity to teach the entire 4th grade class how to pick the perfect watermelon the next time they’re at the grocery store! 🍉🛒
She also got to talk about the full journey of how watermelons make their way from the farm to the table. The students had so many great questions, and Queen Lauren had an absolute blast getting to answer them and spend time with such a fun group! 🍉📚
