A very special THANK YOU, goes out to Dean Shaffer and his wonderful staff at Flowerama - Apple Valley!

Not only did he help with event sponsorship, his Staff volunteered all day out in the rain but also made our beautiful centerpieces. My wife Wendy Peterson Dehkes made sure that all the moms got flowers to take home that evening💜

Of everything that happened at this years AATL…the most important part was presenting of this years “Point of Light” award.

The winner of this years award went to Rob Twedt. He is a man of very few words but the lives he has touched are many!

There is a lot that goes into golf events.

We can’t thank the staff at Majestic Oaks Golf Club in Ham Lake.

Even with all the challenges this year, the tournament coordinators and food service staff made sure everything ran smooth and made sure our guests had a great time!!!!

Thanks Andrew, Aaron and all the people at MOGC…the very best place to hold a golf event💜

Well….THATS A WRAP!

The 2026 Alive at the Links is in the books

The weather was not our friend…but so many brave souls stuck it out the entire round.

Even being wet and cold, the room was full for the dinner and program.

I was moved by how many people stepped up to help support us after these last few weeks… I am so humbled💜

I think I post the same thing every year at this time, I feel so bad that I didn’t get to spend more time with more people tonight. Spending lots of time trying to make sure things keep going, drives me away from spending valuable minutes with very special people in my life. I guess it just means I need to make time for them other turn on alive at the Link day.

Way too many people to think that help make this possible, but I will try going forward to reach out to as many as possible.

You all lift us up, and we can’t thank you enough💜

Well, it’s almost here! The 2026 alive at the links goes off tomorrow at noon.

We have all seen the forecast, seems like we’re gonna have some different periods of rain so everyone participating during the golf portion needs to dress accordingly.

The general rule is as long as the course is playable, and there is no lightning in the area, they will try to get us going right at noon.

If you see this post, please share it with anyone else on your team or in your group so we can let everyone know the latest information.
