25 years later, we remember. 🇺🇸
A quarter of a century has passed, but September 11, 2001, is a day we will never forget.
We remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families forever changed, and the 343 FDNY firefighters and paramedics who gave their lives while running toward danger to save others.
We remember the firefighters who climbed 110 stories into the Twin Towers, carrying their gear and answering the call when others were trying desperately to escape. They climbed toward danger when every instinct told them to run away from it.
Today, we honor them. We honor the police officers, EMTs, military personnel, and countless others who served that day and in the years that followed.
25 years later, their courage still inspires us. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten—never.
