For those who haven't heard the news - Brandon Sanderson has publicly announced that he will be purchasing the land that was once Evermore Park.

Like many of you, Evermore was a home to so many on the BTG team. Friends were made, hearts were broken, and unbreakable bonds were formed. And while to some it must be devastating that the physical park will never be restored to it's former glory - remember that the heart of the park was you.

The World Walkers.

Without your heart, your spirit, and your dreams, the park never would have been the place it was. And we know spirit like that doesn't burn out easy.

Beyond The Gates knows the honor it is to keep the torch burning, and we carry that duty with pride and honor. We have so many exciting things planned for 2027 and beyond - guest appearances, live events, RPG modules and card games, audio dramas, novellas, and so much more. And we hope that you'll join us for our next chapter. If you're interested in staying up to date on our projects, we encourage you to visit beyondthegates.net and follow our free Patreon page.

After all, you never know who you will meet beyond the gates of Evermore.

Brandon is back with another Weekly Update! A new asymmetric strate...

Hello friends!

We just want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth today and joined us for some fun and games! It was so much fun seeing old World Walkers and meeting so many new ones.

We will be at FanX all day tomorrow and Saturday in the TTRPG room - 355A

We have free quests for you to go on, a D&D module for you to check out, and all sorts of other fun goodies for you to enjoy.

While it's unfortunate that we were unable to finish the 2026 event season, Peter, the team, and I are so excited to share with you what we've been scheming the past couple of months.

If you're attending FanX this weekend, we encourage you to come up to the third floor and join in on the fun.

It is with our deepest regret that the remainder of the 2026 season for Beyond The Gates has been cancelled effective immediately.

To My Most Esteemed World Walkers,

I write to you now with an ache in my heart. For those unaware, back in February of 2026, my beautiful daughter Robin was brought into this shining world.

And it was months before she was able to leave the hospital and come home to her family.

Since then, my family and I have been facing an unending torrent of struggles and hurt, including a readmission to the hospital and many planned future surgeries. Because of the current struggles going on in the personal lives of myself and our management team, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the rest of the 2026 season and enter into a hiatus.

Those who have purchased tickets for our remaining two events for the season have been refunded. Those who have purchased our season pass will be sent a thank-you package in the mail.

We believe this concept works.

We believe this idea works.

We believe the portal to Fort Lyonhall will open again.

But this is not the moment for it.

Thank you for traveling the realm with us, World Walkers.
