Going back to the Ranch!!!

Our emotions were all over the place this weekend!!

In the 4 to 6 limited class biles rode really well able to get off the gate good and be strong in all three of his Motos
With Moto scores of 6-3-2 to get 3rd overall!

In the 4 to 7 e-bike class our bike wasn’t running right so I drove four hours one night to get another bike and I didn’t remember to tighten up the rear axle.He was running in fifth place and the chain fell off. Then in the second Moto he crashed on the start so worked back from 42 to 17th. The third race got off a decent start and he was able to finish in ninth.
Moto scores of 17-17-9 for 15th overall.

In the 4 to 6 shaft drive class he was running in six place and the bike quit on the last laugh. He was able to push it across the finish line. I still had to go to the last Chance qualifier for the bike also quit again, but still was able to make it to the main. With moto scores of 19-6-6 it gave him nine overall.

At he end of the month, we are going to go to North Central regional to try to get two more tickets and also let Mack Attack race!!

Very happy with Miles speed and confidence on the bike. It is only going to get better training this summer with the crew!! See yall at the ranch in 2 months!!

We decided to take the boys to a event at in Casey, Illinois!! 12 hours 3 wild boys in a van…. It was a long ride there haha everyone was excited to go see a new track. Friday was great Miles was showing great speed and was having a blast. Mack was also having a great time and in his words “jumping all the doubles”

Saturday morning it started raining and it rained off and on all day long…. No 50 races that day so after the races were finished and got done playing in the mud. We got to go explore the town of Casey, Illinois. It has 12 of the world’s largest items in town.

Miles being Miles couldn’t seem to get off the gate in any of his classes. We are going to start really working on it and be ready in time for regionals.
So many people have different opinions on the PW 50 but we think it’s great teaches the kids to make the best line choices and also to make sure to carry the speed in your corners. We bought a new pw last week and that’s what he raced. Put race gas in it and sent him out there. Got the fastest lap in the race but when your in 6th place off the start not much you can do about it. Ended up with a 6-6 for a P6 overall.
Mack also raced this class where he went 9-9 for a P9 overall there was 15 kids in the class. Mr Mack was pumped he got a little trophy! ✊🏻👊🏻

In the 50 4-6 class Miles had some bad luck and feel three times the first race. But fought back to 6th. The second race he was just tired and I think saving some of his fight for the P3 class. Ended with a 6-6 for a P6 overall.

In the e-bike class we are still trying to figure out the bike….. didn’t know you had to warm up the bike before you take off. We was waiting until the last minute to turn bike on but it was too late. It starts off in a low power mode until bike is warm enough for the full speed…. Miles went 12-11 for P12 overall.

We don’t know what it is but Miles has always liked the P3 cobra he came out on a mission in both motos. He was on 🔥 from the gate drop to the finish line! Was able to stay strong and go 1-1 for a P1 overall.

We are so proud of both the boys and are excited for what’s all in store for this year!!

This past weekend was Rd 2 of the Motoplayground Oklahoma Roots Tour at Oklahoma Motorsports Complex

Miles went

4-6 50 Limited: 2-2 🥈
Shaft drive: 4-3 🥉
50 open: 11-9 10th overall
