Southern Showcase of Champions The contest was started in 1995 by the director at that time We enjoy announcing our sponsors throughout the day from our press box.

The Southern Showcase of Champions is a marching band contest in Alachua FL hosted by Santa Fe High School's "Raider Regiment" and our 501c(3) Non Profit organization SFHS Band Booster Program. The Santa Fe High School Raider Regiment Marching Band would like to invite everyone to attend our Super Regional Marching Band Competition this fall in Alachua, Florida. Each year, The Raider Regiment has

the distinct honor of hosting a showcase of championship marching bands from all over North Florida and Southern Georgia to compete. The growing community of Alachua will benefit greatly from this event, as along with these bands arrive a host of families and friends to visit our city, including it's shops and restaurants for the day and into the late evening. Our visiting band families appreciate and support our sponsors while they are in town just as we do when traveling to other marching invitationals around the State of Florida.

Due to inclement weather and the concern for the safety of our guests, we will have to cancel the 24th annual Southern Showcase of Champions on October 19th, 2019. After consulting with many directors, judges, CSJA, FMBC, and our board of directors we had to make this difficult decision based on keeping all parties safe during the storm heading our way. Please note that this was not a decision we made lightly. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Note that there is a separate folder for each school, as well as one for the Preliminary Awards and FinalsAwards. You can download each picture to your computer or phone. You may have to create a free account to do so. I do ask that if you use these photos on social media that you tag Jessica Archer Photography. As a thank you to you, I would like to provide a discount on your senior pictures to the participating schools in the Southern Showcase of Champions. $100 would cover your senior’s 1-hour photo session, copyright to your edited photos, and an online gallery to view and download your photos to print from your place of choice. Our Story

The Santa Fe High School Raider Regiment Marching Band would like to invite everyone to attend our Super Regional Marching Band Competition this fall in Alachua, Florida. Each year, The Raider Regiment has the distinct honor of hosting a showcase of championship marching bands from all over North Florida and Southern Georgia to compete.

The growing community of Alachua will greatly benefit from this event. In attendance with the multiple bands that come to compete, a host of families and friends come along to support them and in return visit our ever growing city. They will have the opportunity to visit our local community by going to our shops and restaurants for the day and into the late evening. We enjoy announcing our sponsors throughout the day from our press box. Our visiting band families appreciate and support our sponsors while they are in town just as we do when traveling to other marching invitationals around the State of Florida.
