Half Thai, half German. A third-culture kid.
Designer and collaborator in the Nomad Futures Lab at Cosmo Local CNX.

Being a nomad for nearly 10 years, Alex has seen both the beauty and the challenges of nomadism — and wants to help shape a better model for how districts develop with digital nomads.

What would it take to build a district where nomads and locals actually thrive together?

A group of urbanists, designers, researchers, community builders and local students will work directly with the Wat Ket community to research, map and prototype what a truly nomad-friendly district could look like.

The goal isn’t just to talk about the future of nomad living. It’s to build something tangible: the NFD Blueprint v1, a public exhibition and ideas that the local community can actually use.
