Athletes will have 1 minute to complete 3 Broad Jump attempts

The longest distance will be recorded

Athletes must begin Part B within 30 seconds to perform the Max Time Tucked L-Sit Hold on Parallettes.

Duo Division:

Each athlete must select one movement (Broad Jump or Tucked L-Sit)

Both athletes will follow the same format and standards as the Individual Division, including the 30-second requirement to begin Part B.
