For the Tourism Authority of Thailand, AI is more than an emerging technology — it is an important tool for enhancing the competitiveness of Thailand’s tourism industry.
By integrating data, technology, and innovation, AI can help the industry better understand traveler behavior, develop more effective marketing strategies, and create travel experiences that are increasingly relevant to the needs of today’s travelers.
Mr. Kittipong emphasized that tourism today is no longer driven by destinations alone. Technology is playing an increasingly important role in enhancing traveler experiences while strengthening the capabilities of tourism businesses.
Travel & Tech Asia therefore goes beyond being an exhibition. It serves as a platform bringing together leaders from tourism, technology, and innovation to exchange ideas, explore new solutions, and collectively shape the future of the industry — while supporting Thailand’s ambition to become a hub for travel technology innovation in Southeast Asia.
