We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us for TIPF: Young Edition on Sunday, May 17.

The concert was a truly unforgettable afternoon filled with artistry, dedication, and inspiring performances from a remarkable group of young musicians in Thailand. It was a joy to witness each performer bring their individuality and musical voice to the stage, creating moments of genuine connection and inspiration throughout the afternoon.

Our sincere thanks go to all participating artists for their beautiful performances, as well as to the teachers and families whose continuous support and guidance play such an important role in nurturing the next generation of musicians.

We would also like to thank our staff, collaborators, photographers, videographers, and everyone working behind the scenes for their professionalism and dedication. Your collective effort made this event possible and allowed the afternoon to unfold seamlessly.

Most importantly, thank you to every audience member for your presence and encouragement. Your support created a warm and uplifting atmosphere that meant so much to every young artist on stage.

Today’s concert was more than a performance. It was a celebration of dedication, artistry, and the remarkable promise of a new generation of pianists in Thailand.

We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who joined us and shared this meaningful occasion with us. Your presence and support help create a stage where young artists are not only heard, but truly valued and inspired to continue their artistic journey.

This event would not have been possible without the collective efforts of so many individuals who believe in the importance of nurturing young artistry. We would like to sincerely thank all participating artists for their courage and commitment, the teachers and mentors for their tireless guidance, our staff and organizers for their dedication behind the scenes, and every collaborator who contributed to bringing this event to life.

Get to know the artists: 5 highest scoring participants from TOKYO Int'l Music & Dance Competition - TIMDC

Zakhar Khrenov i s a young musician, 12 years old. In 2020, at the age of 7, he entered the Music School of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music to study flute. That same year, he took part in his first music competition: the IV International Internet Competition and Festival of Woodwind, Brass, and Percussion Instruments "Dolzhikov Academy" and won second place.

In the following years, he participated in classical music concerts and competitions in Moscow, Russia.

Since 2024, he has lived in Thailand, but continues his musical education to this day. enjoying participating in international competitions and festivals. He has already performed at concert venues in Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore, demonstrating his talent and love for music.

Music is more than just a passion for Zakhar. He dreams of dedicating his life to music

Chutilada Seanjaigam, also known as Silvia, is a dedicated vocalist with a deep-seated passion for Classical, Opera, and Classical Pop music. Her musical path began at the age of six, driven by a genuine love for singing that has only grown stronger over the years. She began participating in vocal competitions at the age of ten, consistently demonstrating her talent and commitment to the art form.

With a clear focus on her artistic development, Silvia pursued a formal education in music at Horwang School Music Academy. Since her first year of secondary school, she has been enrolled in a specialized music program, majoring in Vocal Performance. This long-term commitment to her craft has allowed her to build a solid technical foundation and develop a versatile vocal range.

Throughout her competitive career, Silvia has been awarded numerous Gold Medals from various prestigious competitions.

• In 2026, she earned Third Place in the Opera category at the Hong Kong International Music Convention (HKIMC) Final Round
• and received the First Prize in Solo Vocal Performance at Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University.

In addition to her solo achievements, she has consistently participated in numerous musical ensembles, gaining diverse experience in the performing arts.

For Silvia, music is more than a study; it is a lifelong pursuit. She remains focused on refining her vocal technique and continues to immerse herself in the world of classical music, driven by an unwavering desire to express her artistry through song.

Pipreme Leungmaneerote, lovingly known to everyone as “Preme” is a 7-year-old pianist currently studying in Grade 1 in an international program. She began her musical journey at the age of four, driven by a deep passion for music and sound. Her love for music has shaped her piano studies with dedication, discipline, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Preme finds joy in expressing herself through a wide range of musical styles, interpreting each piece in her own unique way. Through every performance and competition, she has grown not only as a musician but also as an individual, embracing each stage with confidence and happiness.

Her musical foundation was guided by an important mentor, Mr. Sek Thongsuwan, who has played a significant role in nurturing both her musical potential and her personal development. Under his guidance, Preme developed strong technical skills and musical independence, with lessons thoughtfully tailored to suit her individual strengths. She has been trained in a variety of advanced techniques, expressive interpretations, and emotional storytelling through music. she is also under the guidance of Mr. Supawee Srisurichan, who provides mentorship and further refines her artistic expression. Both teachers have dedicated themselves to developing her piano technique and deepening her musical interpretation, enabling her to perform with clarity, versatility, and emotional depth.

Preme’s journey on the competitive stage has been remarkable. She has received numerous awards at both national and international levels. Notably, she won 1st Prize at the Churairat Competition in the 12-year-old category at the age of only six. She has also achieved top prizes in international competitions across countries such as Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. In recognition of her achievements, she has been selected as an outstanding youth representative, bringing honor to her country under the Office of the Prime Minister.

Beyond piano, Preme is also talented in various artistic fields, including singing, dancing, and visual arts. She expresses emotions creatively through drawing and performance. Her musical training has instilled in her strong discipline, perseverance, and the ability to stay focused and committed in everything she pursues.

Ploypicha Sinhirunwiwat (Picha)

Ploypicha Sinhirunwiwat (Picha) is a nine-year-old pianist currently studying in Grade 3 at Singapore International School of Bangkok (Thonburi Campus). She began her formal piano studies at the age of four, and since then has demonstrated exceptional dedication, discipline, and artistic sensitivity. From an early age, her natural affinity for music has been evident through her expressive playing, refined tonal control, and remarkable stage confidence.

Picha is presently under the guidance of Dr. Pornphan Banternghansa and Mr. Phanuwat Sripramodya, whose mentorship has supported her in building a strong technical foundation while nurturing interpretative depth and musical maturity beyond her years. Through consistent study and performance experience, she continues to refine her artistry with focus and perseverance.

At the age of five, Picha was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York, marking an important international debut early in her musical journey. By the age of eight, she received the Best Youth Award at the Osaka International Music Competition and was subsequently invited to perform at the Gala Concert at Takatsuki Arts Theatre (Torishima Hall), Japan. These milestones reflect not only her technical accomplishment but also her ability to communicate musically with poise and confidence on prestigious stages.

Over the years, Picha has earned numerous Champion, Absolute First Prize, Gold, Platinum, and Grand Prize distinctions in international competitions across Asia, Europe, and North America. Her achievements include special jury awards for outstanding technique, expressive interpretation, and poetic musicality, as well as invitations to winners’ concerts and gala performances. She has successfully competed in internationally recognized competitions held in Vienna, Paris, Tokyo, London, Singapore, Taipei, Melbourne, and Hong Kong, consistently demonstrating artistic growth and competitive excellence.

Beyond her accomplishments in piano performance, Picha continues to cultivate her broader artistic development through formal training in vocal performance and dance. She has represented her school and community in various cultural events and concerts, where she displays not only technical skill but also versatility, stage presence, and expressive confidence. These complementary disciplines contribute to her holistic musical development and deepen her understanding of performance as a complete art form.

Despite her young age, Picha approaches music with sincerity, humility, and unwavering commitment. She views each competition and performance as an opportunity for artistic growth rather than solely achievement. Her musical journey reflects a balance of passion and perseverance, guided by curiosity, disciplined study, and a genuine love for artistic expression.

As she continues to develop her musicianship, Picha remains dedicated to refining her technique, expanding her repertoire, and deepening her interpretative insight. Her aspiration is not only to excel in performance but also to grow into a thoughtful and expressive musician who shares the beauty of classical music with audiences worldwide.

Khwanpicha Chotithamtara (Peace), and she is 11 years old, currently studying in Year 6. She is honored to be a recipient of the Performing Arts Scholarship at Regents International School Pattaya.

Khwanpicha began studying piano at the age of 4 under the guidance of Dr. Patchara Phutivanish. She has a deep passion for the beautiful sound of the piano and enjoys exploring new repertoire to continue developing her musical abilities. In addition to classical piano, she also enjoys playing keyboard in a band alongside her friends.

Khwanpicha has had the opportunity to participate in both national and international music competitions, receiving the following awards:

1. Tokyo Int’l Music & Dance Competition (TIMDC) – Elite Award (Age 11–12)
2. The 2nd Carl Bechstein Piano Competition 2026 – Grand Prize (Winner) and Gold Prize (The Rising Star Category, Ages 10–12)

Get to know the artist: Papitcha Vejmongkolkorn

Fifteen-year-old Thai pianist Papitcha is an emerging young artist. She is a music scholar at Wellington College International School Bangkok and studies at the Piano Academy of Bangkok under Dr. Pornphan Banternghansa and Dr. Christopher Janwong McKiggan.

She has performed as a soloist with orchestras including the Bangkok Charity Orchestra and the Thai Youth Orchestra. She has also appeared in recital settings in Thailand and abroad. She has performed at venues in Thailand and internationally, including appearances in Singapore and Malaysia. In 2024, she participated in an international Steinway SpirioCast Asia-Pacific Live Duet in the Asia Pacific region.

Papitcha has received top prizes in a number of national and international competitions, including First Prize at the Steinway Youth Piano Competition Thailand and the Virtuoso Pianist Award and First Place at the San Francisco International Young Artist Music Competition. She has also received prizes at the Music Singapore International Competition, the Philadelphia International Music Festival Concerto Competition, and the Thomas F. Hulbert International Piano Competition, and has participated in the Palm Springs International Piano Competition, Palm Springs, USA (Formerly Virginia Waring Competition)

In addition to her solo work, she is actively engaged in chamber music, regularly collaborating in duo and trio settings with both string and wind players. She particularly values chamber music as an opportunity to make music with friends, and approaches it as a shared and collaborative experience. This work forms an important part of her musical development, with a focus on ensemble coordination, balance, and musical dialogue. She also performs as a keyboard player in musical theatre productions.

Papitcha continues to develop her musicianship through her studies and performance experience, and looks forward to further opportunities for artistic growth in both solo and collaborative settings.

Get to know the artist: Akin Nilphairojana
Akin began his musical journey at the age of five. Now 11 years old, the piano has become the most vital part of his life. He draws profound inspiration from the works of great classical masters such as Schubert, Chopin, Ravel, Prokofiev, and Liszt. Their music serves as the driving force behind his dedicated daily practice and continuous artistic growth. For Akin, the piano is a sanctuary of joy and a center of focus—a powerful medium through which he channels his emotions and soul into music.

He is currently dedicated to mastering a new and challenging repertoire to further elevate his artistry, with the aspiration of performing in more international competitions and recitals abroad. Beyond the stage, Akin's ultimate goal is to travel to new destinations, sharing his passion for music with global audiences and building meaningful friendships with fellow piano enthusiasts from around the world.

Akin currently continues to refine his musicality and technical mastery under the tutelage of Mr. San Jittakarn, a distinguished Steinway Artist in Thailand and Mr. Phu Koanantakool, a distinguished Kawai Concert Artist. In addition to his regular studies, he has had the privilege of participating in masterclasses with world-renowned pianists such as Antonio P***a- Baldi, Didier Castell-Jacomin, and Sara Davis Buechner. These experiences have further broadened his artistic horizons and continue to fuel his ambition to become a world-class concert pianist in the future.

His achievements include:

• Being the first Thai pianist to perform the complete 6 Liszt Concert Études at TIPF 2024.

• Grand Prize & First Prize: 7th Steinway Youth Piano Competition, Thailand

Get to know the artist: Teeramet Boonkobkaew (T)

Teeramet Boonkobkaew (aged 13) is currently a music scholarship student at Shrewsbury International School Bangkok. He began studying piano at the age of 6 and
has since demonstrated strong dedication and consistent musical growth.

Teeramet’s primary instrument is piano, through which he has developed solid technical skills alongside expressive musicality. In addition to piano, he also plays viola and drums, demonstrating his versatility and broad musical interests.

He is currently studying with San Jittakarn, focusing primarily on classical repertoire, where he shows sensitivity in interpretation and confident performance ability.

Teeramet has received numerous awards in prestigious competitions, including
• First Prize at the 5th Bangkok International Performing Arts Piano Competition,

Get to know the artist: Nutdanai Nimitrungrot

Nutdanai Nimitrungrot (born June 6 2011) began his piano studies at the age of five in Chonburi, Thailand, He currently studies with Dr. Tarin Supprakorn, and is enrolled in the International Education Program (IEP) at Piboonbumpen Demonstration School, Burapha University.

Nutdanai has established himself as a promising young pianist, earning top prizes in numerous competitions. His achievements include First Prize at The 2nd Carl Bechstein Piano Competition, The 10th Thailand Mozart International Piano Competition, The 7th Steinway Youth Piano Competition, Kasetsart International Piano Competition. He also received First Prize and Mazurka Prize at The 10th Bangkok Chopin Piano Competition, where he was the youngest participant in his category.

As a performer, Nutdanai has performed major works including Piano Concerto No. 17 in G major, K. 453 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Piano Concerto No. 3 in D minor, Op. 30 by Sergei Rachmaninoff. He is also active in chamber music, performing works such as Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio No. 1 and Rachmaninoff’s Cello Sonata.

Nutdanai continues to develop his artistry and interpretation through masterclasses with distinguished international pianists including Stéphane Lemelin, Poom Prommachart, Antonio P***a-Baldi, Émile Naoumoff, and Rolf-Dieter Arens.
