We are never ever getting over the Eras Tour production 🎤

Working in events means you never really switch off. You're always picking things apart, noticing how:

How spaces are set up
How crowds are managed
How a programme flows
How the smallest details shape the way people feel in a room
It becomes second nature after a while.

And even though the Eras Tour in Singapore already feels like a fever dream at this point, we recently went down a rabbit hole on the production side of things and genuinely could not stop. The scale, the logistics, the split-second timing behind every show, it's the kind of thing that makes you appreciate just how much invisible work goes into creating a moment that feels effortless to the audience 😭

If there's one event that had us buzzing from start to finish, it was this one. 🎸🕺

We had the best time managing the Company Dinner and Dance for ST Engineering at the Hilton Hotel. A night celebrating 700 guests with a theme we absolutely loved: Music Through the Eras: 70s, Rock and Roll, and EDM!

We handled the full production for this one from decor and setup to full on-site ex*****on, with the brilliant Emcee Javier Wong holding it all together on the night. Nights like this don't work without the right person on the mic 🎤

700 people, one night, and memories that'll last a long time. We're so proud of how this one turned out, and so grateful to the ST Engineering team for trusting us with such a milestone evening 🙏🧡 🙌

This one was such a vibe 🌿

We recently set up a Herbal Sachet station for Cycle and Carriage and honestly had the best time watching it unfold. Guests came in curious, took their time, and you could just see people genuinely enjoying the moment. Simple activation, really good energy throughout.

A big thank you to Cycle & Carriage for having us as part of the experience. We’re really glad to have brought something a little different to the event, and here’s to more meaningful collaborations and good moments ahead 🤍

This Herbal Sachet Station turned into one of those little corners people kept coming back to, choosing their own herbs, putting together their own blend, and leaving with a canvas pouch that felt a little more personal than the usual event takeaway.

It was simple, interactive, and honestly just nice to watch. People slowing down for a moment, asking questions, comparing choices, and enjoying the process instead of just passing by.
