The Community Arts and Culture Club (CACC) is about taking arts and culture to the heartlands in a different and refreshing way! Be part of the PAssionArts Movement to make a difference in Singapore through arts and culture! We believe that every individual is an artist;
everyone is essentially creative and everyone has something valuable to contribute to society. We want to bring residents of different backgrounds to come together through common interests in community arts and culture and enable community arts and culture to be self sustaining and community volunteers/champions to take ownership of the programmes. CACC also aims to develop every residents' sense of belonging to society through shared experiences in community arts and culture.
