And I’m finally getting closer to sharing all the details with you.

Yoga Ferragudo is becoming a real little space to move, breathe, slow down and connect — right in the heart of Ferragudo.

You can expect a mix of Yoga, Yin classes, Pilates, Barreworkout and more — with classes designed for both our local community and everyone visiting our beautiful little village.

And the best part?
October is getting closer. ✨

I’m not sharing the exact opening date just yet… but trust me, there’s something beautiful coming.

Maybe you already know that I’m not only a passionate yoga teacher, but also a singer 🎶✨

And from time to time, I love bringing both worlds together in my yoga classes.

Because music and voice can touch people in a very deep way — especially in moments where the body softens, the mind slows down and the heart begins to open.

Through modern songs, gentle melodies and sometimes more spiritual sounds, I try to create something that goes beyond movement alone.
Something you don’t only feel physically through yoga, but emotionally through vibration, sound and voice.

Sometimes it calms you.
Sometimes it opens you.
Sometimes it simply helps you feel yourself again 🤍
