🌿 Important Meeting for the Protection of Trout Fish & Eco-Friendly Tourism in Naran and Jalkhad 🌿
An important meeting was held today, dated 25/05/2026, between the Deputy Director Fisheries Mansehra and Mr. Rahmat Ali, Director General KDA Mansehra. During the meeting, detailed discussions were carried out regarding the protection of the natural environment of Naran and Jalkhad, conservation of aquatic life (trout fish), and the provision of better facilities for tourists.
Special emphasis was placed on preventing illegal fishing in natural water bodies, ensuring the protection of trout fish, and strengthening the implementation of fisheries laws by making the duties of the fisheries staff more active and well-organized.
On this occasion, both sides also stressed the importance of providing tourists with maximum quality and safe trout angling facilities, promoting eco-friendly tourism, and enhancing mutual cooperation for the preservation of the region’s natural beauty and aquatic resources.
The DG KDA, Mr. Rahmat Ali, assured full cooperation and support to the Fisheries Department so that joint efforts for the protection of aquatic life (trout fish) and the promotion of responsible tourism in Naran, Jalkhad, and surrounding areas could be effectively advanced.
