"Play for Peace-All KPK Inter-Club Basketball tournament" is a basketball tournament supported by the U.S Mission in Pakistan in partnership with the Pakistan-U.S Alumni Network for promoting peace through sports in youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Our motto, "Bringing Youth Back to the Playgrounds," emphasizes the importance of sports in fostering positive relationships and building communities. The

tournament will be held Peshawar and feature teams from diverse backgrounds, promoting inclusiveness and cultural exchange. the tournament highlights the importance of recreational spaces in promoting the physical and mental well-being of young people. Research has shown that physical activity and sports participation can have a positive impact on mental health and overall well-being. This is especially important for youth who may be facing stress and uncertainty in their daily lives. In addition to its social and health benefits, the proposed basketball tournament, "Play for Peace", is a well-thought-out and impactful initiative that aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals and addresses a critical need for positive and inclusive spaces for young people.
