Renowned Pakistani educationist, human rights advocate, and public intellectual Dr. Arfa Sayeda Zehra has passed away, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of learning, integrity, and fearless thought. Her work bridged academia and activism, inspiring generations to question, reflect, and strive for a just society.
Throughout her distinguished career, she served in key academic and advisory roles, including as Professor Emeritus at Forman Christian College and former Principal of Lahore College for Women University. Her voice carried wisdom, grace, and moral clarity.
A scholar of Urdu and South Asian history, Dr. Zehra’s eloquence and courage enriched national discourse.
