The participants are likely to remain connected with each other through social media and may take collective initiatives for social change. The profiles and database of the participants can

be shared for longitudinal research. Also the conference would be periodically conducted after a fixed span of time, which will provide a platform for dialogues and will serve as think-tank for policy formation and initiatives for social change. The message of diversity, peaceful mutual coexistence and tolerance will effectively contribute in eradicating growing extremism in the society and will help in reconstructing social foundations on values which are an identity of Sindh. This will put long term positive impacts on society and youth (who are among more vulnerable groups in the society) will play role of change agents.
