SPEEDY LORIA, RUMATSADA! ⚡️💪⚡️

Jef “Speedy” Loria seemed to turn back the clock when he led his team to win their first game in the Kap Jasper Guanzon Inter-Brgy. Basketball Tournament. He showed flashes of brilliance and finished the game with a 31/11 double-double performance, including a game-winner that secured their first victory of the season.

The flashy veteran guard got a solid support system from his teammates such as Yhan Ragos, the Tolarba Brothers, MJ Deato, and Arnel Piangay who also stepped up and gave good contributions on both ends of the court.

The Hoopsters also got a steady strength inside the paint with the help of their tall and flexible centers. The experienced big man Jing Quintan made his comeback felt as he provided a reliable and intimidating force offensively and defensively, and the rookies Panoy Valladolid and MJ Garcia did not disappoint and proved their worth by displaying great hustle and hard work.

Can they keep their momentum going in their next game and clinch another impressive win? Let’s all find out as they are set to play against Brgy. Cavasi on March 11 @ 07:00 in the evening.

Let’s all congratulate the John Glass 15 Under Basketball Team on winning the 1st Runner-up award in the BBA Basketball Tournament in Brgy. Balinad, Polangui, Albay.

You may not have won the championship title, but it is the experience that matters more.

To Sir John Rañola, thanks for exposing our young ballers to a higher-level tournament where their skills, character, and camaraderie were tested and developed. More power to you, and may you continue to give our youth more formative experiences that are essential to their growth not only as a player but more as a person.
