The Bohol Paddlers Association Inc. would like to inform the participating teams that the delay in the release of the prize money was due to changes in the requirements which are quite hefty with one volunteer doing the job. the allotted prize money was ready for release but not until all the paperwork was complied. There was never any anomaly on the part of the Provincial Government of Bohol's support. Requirements for proper liquidation were necessary for us to continue our dragon boat advocacy in the coming years. - Dr. Doyet Dumaluan, BPAI president
