Official Statement from VICycled PH
I would like to extend my sincere apologies to all participants of the ICS Heritage Run who were not able to receive their race singlets during race day.
As the supplier responsible for producing the race singlets, we encountered unexpected problems with our partner tailoring shop, which caused delays in the completion of some items. It was also discovered that some of the sizes produced were not accurate—for example, the XS singlet was manufactured closer to a Size 14 fit, which is not the correct sizing that should have been provided.
We understand that many of you were looking forward to receiving properly fitted race singlets, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
We are currently coordinating closely with the tailoring shop to resolve the issue and ensure that the correct singlets will be produced.
For participants who were not able to receive their singlets during the event, their race singlets will be followed and released as soon as the corrected items become available.
