As a proud supporter of former President Rodrigo Duterte, I'm grateful to acknowledge the significant contributions of Senator Bam Aquino in authoring the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (RA 10931). His tireless efforts, vision, and leadership were instrumental in shaping this landmark legislation, which provides free tuition in state universities and colleges.
From congressional hearings to gathering support and defending the bill, Senator Bam Aquino played a crucial role in ensuring its passage. I'm also thankful to President Duterte for signing the bill into law, bringing it to life and making quality education more accessible to all Filipinos.
As a beneficiary of the TES scholarship, I can attest to the impact of this law. The free tuition provided by RA 10931 enabled me to finish my studies, and for that, I'm forever grateful to both Senator Bam Aquino and President Duterte. Their collaboration and bipartisan effort demonstrate that, when it comes to the welfare of the Filipino people, differences can be set aside for the greater good.
As a Duterte supporter, I appreciate his administration's commitment to education and social welfare. President Duterte's signature on the bill shows that he's a leader who listens and responds to the needs of the people. I'm proud to support a president who prioritizes the welfare of the Filipino people.
Let's recognize and appreciate the contributions of both Senator Bam Aquino and President Duterte in making quality education more accessible to all. Their legacy continues to inspire and empower future generations.
