The powers that be made magic happen at with Chef and my seasonings! I shared my gumbo recipe with Chef, and the very next morning I walked in to the rich, delicious smell of roux filling our booth area. All he had to do was add my Gumbo Seasoning and season the protein with my Creole Seasoning to bring that extra flavor and spice to life. It paired perfectly with rice!

This unexpected collaboration brought even more interest in my seasonings, and I’m so grateful. Thank you so much, Chef , for creating such a delicious Gumbo with my seasonings and showing the magic of my flavors abroad!

日本の で、Chef と私のシーズニングによる素敵な魔法のような出来事が生まれました！私はシェフに私のガンボのレシピを共有しましたが、翌朝ブースに入ると、濃厚で食欲をそそるルーの香りが辺りいっぱいに広がっていました。あとは私のガンボシーズニングを加え、タンパク質（具材）にクレオールシーズニングで味付けするだけで、その豊かな風味とスパイスが引き立ちました。そして のお米との相性も完璧でした！
